He is also the managing partner of Valdez Maulit Macandong and Associates Law Offices and senior partner of LCMA Group since 1998. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Laws at Baguio Colleges Foundation, Master in Business Administration major in Management at Development Academy of the Philippines, and Graduate School for Judges at the University of California, Berkeley Campus, California, U.S.A.
