Mr. Dennis G. Manicad, 43, has been the Corporate Secretary of Boulevard Holdings, Inc. since December 16, 2004. He is a practicing lawyer, Law Professor of Manuel L. Quezon School of Law, Manila; legal consultant of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO); and module writer/consultant – Legal Management Courses on civil law, mercantile law, torts and damages, labor, criminal law & legal research of CAP College, Makati City from 2003 to the present. He was Officer in Charge/Acting Chairman (president appointee) of Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) from 2003 to 2004. He was a board member (presidential appointee) of MTRCB from 2002 to 2004. He was a practicing lawyer of Defensor Vilamor Villamor Bahia & Tolentino Law Offices from 1998 to 2003. He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science at the University of Santo Tomas and Bachelor of Laws at Manuel L. Quezon University. He is a Master of Laws (Candidate) at the Institute of Commercial Law at San Beda College.
