FPGI will construct a luxurious native style boutique resort hotel in the exclusive Boquete Island in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, aiming to replicate the success of the original Friday’s resort in Boracay. Friday’s Puerto Galera Beach Resort (FPGBR) is scheduled to begin operations in the second half of 2010. BHI will  raise funds thru a Private Placement Offer to finance the construction of FPGBR, consequently increasing its ownership from 49.98% to 85.3%.
